Biography

Yue. Lai, borned in Liuzhou, Guangxi province, P.R. China on 12 Jan., 1981. Bachelor of Economics, got from the Business School of Wuhan University (Wuhan, Hubei province, P.R.China) in 2002. Master of Economics, got from the Economics and Management Schoool of Wuhan University in 2007. PhD. of Economics, got from the Economics and Management Schoool of Wuhan University in 2010. The author’s major fields are fiscal decentralization theory and economic growth in China.
