Biography

Amadou Diabagate is State engineer and PhD student in Laboratory of computer science, systems and telecommunication at the Faculty of Sciences and Technologies of Tangier (Morocco). His research focuses on artificial intelligence, big data science and e-government (e-procurement). He has four papers in international conferences and journals.
