The article examines the application of e-commerce systems and technologies that have a positive impact on the development of the economy of the post-coronavirus period and the formation of appropriate technical and technological infrastructure for it, as well as promising features and directions of e-commerce. The physical and virtual opportunities created by e-commerce technologies for buyers and sellers are explained. The advantages of e-commerce in the international economic space have been identified. The functions of e-business models in accordance with the commercial stages of enterprises are explained. It was noted that the development of ICT has accelerated the process of transition from traditional commerce to e-commerce, led to the emergence of new global trends in e-commerce. These innovations have raised the issue of the application of modern ICT in the development of e-commerce on the platform of the 4.0 Industrial Revolution. Taking into account these factors, the presented article discusses the application of modern technologies in e-commerce systems, such as 3D modeling, the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, big data. Features of application and regulation mechanisms of E-commerce systems in real economic sectors, which have a direct stimulating effect on economic growth in Azerbaijan, have been studied. Recommendations were given for the modernization and use of e-commerce systems with the application of the latest ICT technologies.

The article is devoted to the technologies to ensure the sustainability of information security in the formation of the digital economy and their prospects. It has been shown that the digital transformation of the economy and society is a priority for the advanced countries of the world. It was argued that the safe and sustainable formation of an intellectual society and economy based on new information, knowledge and technology is one of the main goals. The features of the transition from an industrial economy to a new ICT-based information economy were analyzed. The issues of digital transformation of real economic sectors were considered. It was noted that ensuring the development of the modern economy on the basis of digital technologies, the development of high-tech sectors is one of the main goals. Potential areas for digitization of the economy have been identified. The economic features of the main technologies that shape the digital economy have been studied. The article examines the scientific and methodological basis of a comprehensive assessment of threats and damage to information systems of the digital economy. The information infrastructure and tasks of the digital economy have been defined. Sources of information security in the digital economy sectors and their information security requirements have been studied. The results of the analysis of the situation in the countries of the world on the Global Cyber security Index are shown schematically. The graph of the dynamics of cybersecurity expenditures in the ICT segments is shown. It is argued that cybersecurity, which is formed and developed through the use of digital systems, is a priority. Cases of information security violations in the digital economy and the processes of assessing the damage caused by them have been studied. The article analyzes the need to create innovative manufacturing enterprises in modern conditions, and justifies their role in the development of society. The principles, priorities and strategic requirements to the innovative manufacturing enterprises in the process of economic development are analyzed. International, regional and local recommendations for the formation of innovative enterprises structures are generalized. Perspective applications of components of the fourth industrial revolution are considered. Ways of improving the innovation infrastructure and environment are examined from the scientific and theoretical and methodological point of view. Priorities, mechanisms, elements of communication, the parameters and criteria for the management of innovative manufacturing enterprises structures are identified.

The article focuses on the application of mathematical methods and models in product - service manufacturing processes in scientific innovative technoparks. The necessity of applying economic-mathematical models and methods in the activity of innovative structures is substantiated. A system of indicators and criteria for assessing the performance and effective management of technoparks has been developed. Based on this system, an information model of the technopark was proposed. A mathematical model of the general management of technoparks is proposed. An econometric model for the innovative product-service manufacturing has been developed. The technique of comparative evaluation of innovative technology parks based on a system of composite indicators and a composite index is proposed. As a result of the experimental implementation of these methods and models, the activity of technoparks.

In the article development issues of conceptual bases of the establishment of intellectual management system of innovative technoparks are viewed. Creation necessity of technoparks has been indicated, their management features and indicators have been defined. Management mechanisms of technoparks have been clarified. Conceptual model of management of technoparks has been developed. Conceptual structures of management system on the basis of intellectualizing features of management have been offered.

The paper is devoted to the realization of scientific and technical ideas and knowledge in practice, and to the study and the structural analysis of the content of their transformation processes into innovation in technoparks. We show that the innovation processes are required to be analyzed and classified; their stages, as well as the system of indicators need to be improved. The need for the implementation of scientific and technological ideas is commented and considered as a process of innovation. The structure of the innovation process, its features and of stages are explained and classified in technoparks. The factors that affect the innovation processes are investigated; and the processes automation issues are considered, as well. Organizational and economical mechanisms used for the implementation of the innovation processes are analyzed and a number of recommendations are developed to improve the process.
