Chunming Li is born china in February 1964 and works in  Inner Mongolia University of Technology. He graduated from  electrical major of Xi'an Jiao tong University in July 1985. He  graduated from Tianjin University in April 1994 and received a  master's degree theory of electrical expertise.  He is "321" Talent Project 2 level candidate, and he has  served as Department Director of the circuit, Electronic  Department, and Information Engineering Institute. He  specializes in circuit, Signals and Systems, electrical network  theory. He has published in national academic journals and new  technology related to electrical theory, circuit and systems,  more than twenty. Representative papers are fault-tolerant  multi-bus multi-processor network design.
