Biography
Muhammad Sikander Shahbaz born is Rahim Yar Khan November 30, 2002. He is currently in his final year of Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering in Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering and Information Technology (2019-2023). He has done certificate of Information Technology (CIT) from NAVTTC (NATIONAL VOCATIONAL & TECHNICAL TRAINING COMMISSION).
He is currently working on research-based work at institute of computer and software engineering. He is working on hyper spectral imaging, Machine learning and Deep learning techniques. He worked on Autonomous behavior of robots with cloud computing.
Muhammad Sikander received merit scholarship for the best performance throughout the degree. He served IET KFUEIT Chapter and Microsoft Student Learn Ambassador KFUEIT Chapter.

Nowadays the actual problem is that there is not any proper platform where software houses can collaborate or any proper marketplace where people related to IT fields can get jobs. The people fear whether the organizations are real or fake or whether they are registered or not and the individuals are finding registered organizations to get jobs. This work is making a project to solve all these problems. This work has made this project solve these kinds of problems. This project has used the iterative model, the iterative model is used to do all steps of development iteratively. This model helps make a project step by step. This project consists of two breakthroughs first one is a mobile app and the second one is the web. In mobile apps and the web, this work has used the Iterative model, first, the admin panel is made where the organizations can be managed by the admin and after that, the user interface of a mobile app is designed and then the app relates to the database which is mongo dB and with backend which is made in node Js. Similarly, on the web, this work has first made the user interface and then it relates to the database and back end like mobile, and technologies used on the web are the same as mobile. This work has done great research work to make this system and our system better than the existing systems and has removed all flaws that were in the existing systems. This work has collected data from registered organizations. These organizations are real and registered. This work also made a feedback system from their people who can give their feedback and this work can improve our system according to their needs.

The innovation of e-metering (Electronic Metering) has experienced fast mechanical progressions and there is expanded interest in a solid and effective Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) framework. GSM Based shrewd vitality meter perusing framework replaces conventional meter perusing techniques. It empowers remote access to the existing vitality meter by the vitality provider. A GSM-based remote correspondence module is incorporated with the electronic vitality meter of every element to have remote access to the utilization of power. A PC with a GSM recipient at the opposite end, which contains the database goes about as the charging point. Live meter perusing from the GSM-empowered vitality meter is sent back to this charging point intermittently and these subtle elements are refreshed in a focal database. The total month-to-month utilization and the due bill are informed back to the client after handling this information. So, GSM-based remote AMR framework is a more successful approach for a traditional charging framework. This framework additionally gives specialists to power organizations to take activities against tolerant clients who have a remarkable contribution; generally, the organization has the ideal to detach the power supply, and it can reconnect the control supply after the affidavit of duty. So, we thought about building such an automatic system. This research is GSM-Based on a smart energy meter reading system to eliminate the conventional way of the reading system. In this paper, the GSM module sends reading information through SMS to the related Authority. There are no chances of any unethical mistake by using this modern technique.
