The focus of this paper is to propose a new notion of neutrosophic crisp sets via neutrosophic crisp ideals and to study some basic operations and results in neutrosophic crisp topological spaces. Also, neutrosophic crisp L-openness and neutrosophic crisp L- continuity are considered as a generalizations for a crisp and fuzzy concepts. Relationships between the above new neutrosophic crisp notions and the other relevant classes are investigated. Finally, we define and study two different types of neutrosophic crisp functions.

It provides many benefits but also faces various challenges in control, communication and coordination due to socio-cultural, geographical and temporal distance. Scrum is increasingly being applied in GSD as it supports teamwork between developers and customers. Scrum method offers a distinctive feature to mitigate the effects of socio-cultural and geographical but not temporal distance on coordination in GSD projects. This paper explains how Scrum helps to mitigate the effects of temporal distance which includes increased coordination costs in GSD projects. A web application called (Distributed Scrum Web Application) provides various advantages for Scrum teams. The main advantage of this application is to facilitate communication among distributed team members.

In recent years, FPGA's have become increasingly important and have found their way into all kind of digital system design This paper presents a novel, easy and efficient approach of implementation and verification of VHDL code using Simulink and then to regenerate the optimized VHDL code again using Simulink. The VHDL code written for the complicated digital design of 32-bit floating point arithmetic unit has been synthesized on Xilinx, verified and simulated on Simulink. The same VHDL code in Modelsim was optimized using this approach and the optimized code so generated by Simulinkhas also been synthesized to compare the results. Power dissipations for both synthesized designs using Xilinx Power Estimator were also extracted for comparison.

Theoretical validation of inheritance metrics using Briand's property is rare in the literature. This paper considers the metrics proposed by Rajnish and Sandip and presents a theoretical validation of the inheritance metrics using the Briand's size and length properties of an inheritance hierarchy. This paper also gives the projection and viewpoint of the inheritance metrics.

To achieve agility the organization should work on real time information and data. The need to have instant access to information appears to be ever shine requirement of all organizations or enterprise. Access to information does not come directly with a single query but a complex process termed Information integration. Information integration has been in existence for the past two decades and has been progressive up to now. The challenges and issues keep on persisting as information integration problem evolves by itself. This paper addresses the issues in the approaches, techniques and models pertaining to information integration and identifies the problem for a need for a complete model. As SOA is the architectural style that is changing the business patterns today, this paper proposes a service oriented model for information integration. The model mainly focuses on giving a complete structure for information integration that is adaptable to any environment and open in nature. Here information is converted into service and then the information services are integrated through service oriented integration to provide the integrated information also as service.

First, stabilizer is designed by SDRE method. Then, robust controller is designed that it can stabilize hyperchaotic system with uncertainly. Finally, synchronization problem between two hyperchaotic systems is considered. The optimal controller is designed that it synchronizes two hyperchaotic systems. Numerical simulation results are presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed controllers.

In this paper, a new hybrid algorithm is presented for solving the nonlinear unconstrained global optimization problems by combining the genetic algorithm (GA) and local search algorithm, which increase the capability of the algorithm to perform wide exploration and deep exploitation. The proposed algorithm is called a Genetic Local Search Algorithm with Self-Adaptive Population Resizing (GLSASAPR). GLSASAPR employs a self-adaptive population resizing mechanism in order to change the population size NP during the evolutionary process. Moreover, a new termination criterion has been applied in GLSASAPR, which is called population vector (PV ) in order to terminate the search instead of running the algorithm without any enhancement of the objective function values. GLSASAPR has been compared with eight relevant genetic algorithms on fifteen benchmark functions. The numerical results show that the proposed algorithm achieves good performance and it is less expensive and cheaper than the other algorithms.
