In the present work the task of finding Nash equi-librium situation or finding the most preffered pure strategies in finite scalar m x n bimatrix Γ(A, B) game is studied. The problem of finding an equilibrium in the Γ(A, B) game has a long history, but due to the complexity of the known algorithms and methods, that cause various problems, its study is being continued today. Our approach is different from these methods. In order to find an equilibrium situation in the pure strategies, we mean making a prediction by each player about the second player's behavior for choosing preferred pure strategy. Therefore we use a sequential strictly and weakly procedure of dominance for comparing of two pure strategies. Only in the case of strictly dominance the line of dominance has no meaning in order to maintain an equilibrium situation in pure strategies. We don’t have such kind of situation in every game. In this kind of game each player can act by different principles to define the most preferred pure strategy, that is based on making a prediction about his partner’s behavior by the player and that means the orientation on guaranteed levels in concrete situations. We mean the orientation in A and B matrix games average V(A) and V( BT) playoffs obtained by the players using maximum optimal mixed strategies. Each player’s decisions are discussed about the usage the preferred pure strategies related to his partner’s actions. By using them he will gain much more, then in an equilibrium situation. All kinds of other actions are also discussed. Acceptable results are used for solution of high ranged m x n (m>2, n>2) Bimatrix Γ(A, B) games.

Both methods enable the retrieval of vector images resembling to a given fuzzy pattern. The basic method offers a geometrical interpretation of a fuzziness measure as a radius of a circle with the center in each vertex of a given candidate object. It enables the representation of uncertain information about a pattern object defined by its “fuzzy” vertices. The advanced method generalizes this approach by considering an ellipse instead of a circle. The basic method can be used for the comparison of polygons and other primitives in vector images. The advanced method can be used for complex shapes retrieval. To enable saving a “fuzzy” image as a file, the modification of the SVG format with a new attribute “fuzziness” is proposed for both methods. The advanced method practical implementation is illustrated by the retrieval of medical images, namely, heart computer tomography images.

Through a vote, people get a channel to voice their opinion anonymously. There are issues with the orthodox traditional voting system, which is used across the world today. Studies, presented throughout the paper, would highlight how millions of people have missed out on voicing their opinion, or get proper representation, due to the many short-comings of the dated traditional voting systems. Blockchain is a comparatively new technology. There have been advances and research made to make use of blockchains in the world of finance and ledger management. But precious little has been done to tackle simpler but wider-reaching problems of voting. The novel approach suggested here would give the voters a chance to vote from the comfort of their homes, or, without adjusting their busy everyday schedules, and make sure everyone gets a proper representation as well. A combination of blockchain technology and fuzzy logic has been used here, to achieve a solution, that we think would help modernize the voting system and ensure greater satisfaction among the voters that their views have been represented in one way or the other. Using this novel approach, we believe that more people would be encouraged to vote and a greater number of voices would get proper representation.

Economic and social development requires the creation of a prosperous society in terms of meeting the adequacy of life and the extent to which environmental sustainability is maintained. The need to achieve both economic and social development goals requires data and information that can be provided by geospatial information. The question is how much is the opportunity that provides benefits for the community responded well by universities (PT) that provide experts in the field of geospatial information? To answer these questions, this research: 1) analyses the PT readiness from the aspect of human resource development in the field of geospatial information; 2) assess how much the ability of universities to provide experts in the field of geospatial information. The results of the study show that PT curriculums in Indonesia are fit with tiers 1 and 2 geospatial HR competencies in accordance with the DOLETA curriculum, and development is needed to meet levels 3 to 9. In terms of HR capabilities of the 41 PTs that carry out geographic education, only 2 PTs produce Geospatial HR. The paper offers e-learning or distance education is one of the approriate solution to fill in the gap between need and availability of Professional HR in Geospatial Information.

Consequently, our life is fully influenced by modern technology-based devices like mobile phones, laptops, tablets, computers and so on. However, we cannot think a single day without the magical device mobile phone. Due to easy usage, people from all classes widely use it for many purposes. Nowadays, it works like all in one. On the one hand, it offers instant calls, messages, net browsing, email checking, watching videos, connecting social media, online gaming, a source of entertainment and many more. We are blessed with this device without any doubt as it puts our modern life forward many steps ahead. On the other hand, people of all age groups are spending most of their time using the mobile phone. Owing to its excessive usage, one may face lots of problems such as depression, chronic pain, distraction, sleepless night and many more which are threatening for people. In this paper, we try to find out how much time people spend on various mobile phone activities such as communication, gaming, social media, and net browsing daily. According to experts we talked and our analysis, excessive mobile phone use can have various detrimental impacts on humans such as short tempered, reduction in patience and appetite, addiction, accidents, sometimes spreading of rumours and high anxiety along with other health issues. Moreover, we suggested some ways to reduce excessive mobile use so that people can avoid negative effects of mobile phone use.
