A general and comprehensive course teaching management system is developed, so that different teachers in different colleges may use this system to manage their courses and teaching work. The system’s front-stage provides users with login, query and search capabilities, and students can query related learning resources, assignment submission, scores, and attendance. The backstage offers effective management from colleges to curriculum subjects and provides teachers with management of teaching resources, student attendance, assignments, and notice board. Teachers and students can use the message board for communication and question answering. The PHP is used as the core programming language to manipulate the MySQL database, and Html, CSS and JavaScript are used for designing the web pages.

With the Chinese learning craze on the increase, the huge lack of Chinese language teachers and the complication of the background of second language Chinese learner, it is becoming increasingly urgent to provide specific search of Chinese learning which can meet individual needs. The paper is proposed on the foundation of analysis of the characteristics of the special profession-second language learning. It focuses on three detail parts: extraction of individual information of learners, extraction of Web pages, acquisition of the data of Web database.

This paper presents some methods to improve teaching pattern of automation specialty to overcome the existing problems in the applications of traditional teaching pattern. These methods include bilingual teaching, class teaching, network teaching and innovation practice teaching. All of these construct a multi-level and stereoscopic teaching pattern, which gives some effective way to cultivate high level creative talented person of automation specialty. The application of the presented teaching pattern in actual teaching practice proves its effectiveness.

The present research presents an overview of the definitions of two basic concepts in autonomous learning: learner autonomy, teacher autonomy. Based on these definitions, taking the Chinese context into consideration, this research attempts to redefine these concepts respectively. The present research is mainly concerned with the relevant theoretical framework of learner autonomy, namely cognitive learning theories, humanistic psychology, and constructivist theories of learning, and holds that developing learners‟ autonomous learning ability is very necessary to foreign language teaching reform in China. Several enlightenments are made in the end.

EPG system is very important for Set-Top-Box of digital TV. At first, this article briefly introduces the business information standard of digital TV. Then, the paper mainly discusses the system structure of EPG in digital TV set-top-box. Three main layers of this struture, including Application layer, realization layer and driver layer, are described one by one. Most important is that the design and implementation of EPG management module has been discussed, especially management of program subscription and management of Timer.

The integrated training of supervisory control system (abbreviated as ITSCS), whose main task focuses on using related domain knowledge flexible, is discussed carefully with the background of teaching practice. A schematic diagram illustrating the relationship between these parts is put forward and explained.
